The Pocket-PC doesn’t have the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0 installed. Follow these instructions to get the Framework installed.
On the PC, open Internet Explorer and go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/.
At the top of the screen, you will find Search All Downloads.
Enter .NET Compact Framework 2.0 in the search field to the right and then click the Go.
In the results displayed, find .NET Compact Framework SP1 Redistributable and click the link.
Click the Download button and then click Save to save the NETCFSetupv2.msi file on your desktop.
Make sure the Pocket-PC is connected to the desktop and then click the NETCFSetupv2.msi to install the .NET Compact Framework 2.0.
