I am The Acher

SAGITTARIUS – The Promiscuous One
Spontaneous. High appeal. Rare to find.

Restless, cheerful, and friendly, Sun in Sagittarius people are generally on the go. They have a love of freedom, and a disdain for routine. Generally quite easygoing, Sagittarians make friends with people from all walks of life. They love to laugh and tease, and get along well with both sexes.

Sagittarians have an often blind faith in people, and in the world. Their optimism is infectious, although it can get them into trouble from time to time. These are curious people who love to learn. Their idealistic nature is hard to miss.

Although generally easygoing, Sagittarius is a fire sign. This gives natives a generally quick temper. Fortunately, they’re usually as quick to forget what got them angry in the first place.

The need for escape is generally strong, and some Solar Sagittarians come across as a little irresponsible. They’re generally easy to forgive, however. After all, their direct, honest approach in life is admirable.

Not the kind of person you want to mess with- you might end up crying.

DEJAVU – Christ Among the Doctors

The index finger of his left hand touching the thumb of his right, the young Jesus sadly debates a mob of arrogant, self-righteous scholars. The mood is ominous. The doctors are challenging him, thrusting their sacrosanct doctrines at the fresh pure voice of the youth. They are so cemented into dogma that Jesus’s moral and ethical message is an affront to their hard-held authority. Citing their previous books as “gospel,” they have completely ignored his message–that one must live by the spirit, rather than the letter of the law.

The Christ figure seems hemmed in by a lynch mob of jealous elders. Though painted in soft renaissance color, the nightmarish quality, sense of frenzy, and almost-caricature-contrasts of the beauty and innocence of youth with repulsive, malevolent old age are stunning in black and white reproductions.

Faith versus science and reason, fruitless learning and the inner life are the themes of many of Albrecht Dürer’s woodcuts, engravings, etchings, and drawings. Most notable among these are “Melancholia,” “St. Anthony Before the Walls of Nuremburg,” “St Jerome in His Cell,” and “The Artist’s Mother.”

What’s ISBN ?

The ISBN is 13 digits long if assigned after January 1, 2007, and 10 digits long if assigned before 2007.
An International Standard Book Number consists of 4 or 5 parts:
  1. for a 13 digit ISBN, a GS1 prefix: 978 or 979 (indicating the industry; in this case, 978 denotes book publishing)
  2. the group identifier, (language-sharing country group)
  3. the publisher code,
  4. the item number, (title of the book) and
  5. checksum character or check digit.

The ISBN parts may be of different lengths, and usually are separated with hyphens or spaces.

Cruelty to Animals

final ride

    FINAL RIDE

In Andhra Pradesh the law states that no cow, nor her progeny; no buffalo progenies; and no pregnant ones (buffalo nor cow) may be slaughtered. While transporting animals all rules must be followed, and they must have a valid certificate from a veterinarian. The rules require stopping for water and feed, and that only 6 large animals in a lorry can be transported or about 12 for smaller calves – no doubt that the above lorry in the picture carries 20 + (6 in a row). Love Hurts

Think B4 U Leap

Love hurts
love scars
love wounds and mars any heart
Not tough nor strong enough to take a lot of pain
Take a lot of pain 2x
love is like a cloud
holds a lot of rain.
Love hurts, oooh
love hurts
I’m young I know but even so
I know a thing or two I’ve learned from you
I’ve really learned a lot
really learned a lot.
Love is like a flame
It burns you when it’s hot.
Love hurts, oooh
love hurts
some fools think of happiness
Blissfulness
togetherness
some fools fool themselves
I guess
But they’re not fooling me I know it isn’t true
I know it isn’t ture. Love is just a lie made to make you blue.
[Love hurts, ooh
love hurts.] 2x

I know it isn’t true
I know it isn’t ture. Love is just a lie made to make you blue.
Love hurts, ooh
love hurts. 3x
